The Resurrection | Spring Drinks

Ginger Liqueur, Bourbon, lime juice, and Prosecco join together to make a delicious sparkling herbal drink. The drink is earthy but has hints of spice from jalepeños and the ginger liqueur. It also gets a sprig of freshness from the mint leaves. Its flavors balance nicely for the perfect cocktail for a rainy spring day. (Discover Queens Good Passport 2018)
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Medley Bros. Bourbon
- .75 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
- .75 oz lime juice
- 8 mint leaves
- 2 pieces jalapeño
- Prosecco
Instructions
- In a shaker tin, muddle 8 mint leaves and 2 pieces of jalapeño.
- Add bourbon, Barrow’s Intense and lime juice, and shake with ice.
- Fine strain into a coupe and top with Prosecco.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
