This drink is powerful and delicious. The intensity of our ginger liqueur matched with the power of The Irishman Founder's Reserve Whiskey make a drink that packs a punch. The flavors are complemented by bubbly prosecco and Demerara syrup which adds a little sweetness. Together the end product is an intense but well balanced drink to end your day with.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz The Irishman Founder's Reserve
- 1/2 oz Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Demerara syrup
- 1 1/2 oz prosecco
Instructions
- Combine whiskey, Barrow's Intense, lemon juice, Demerara syrup, and ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake and strain over fresh ice into a glass and top with prosecco.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
