The Drink | Barrow's Intense Ginger Cocktails

This bold and orange drink is a wonderful mix of pineapple and ginger. It is aromatic and earthy. The pineapple flavors are well met with the earthy taste of tequila and smoky flavor of the mezcal. The ginger liqueur is what ties it together, transforming the drink into a spicy and sweet concoction. It is a wonderful drink to wind down with.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Chinaco Reposado Tequila
- 1 oz Del Maguey, Single Village Mezcal Vida Mezcal
- 0.75 oz Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur
- 0.5 oz Amaro di Angostura
- 0.5 oz Pineapple Mandarin Shrub
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 0.5 oz Liber & Co. Pineapple Gum Syrup
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients and strain into an ice filled rocks glass
- Garnish with candied ginger
