The Catskill | Barrow's Intense Ginger Cocktails

This refreshing drink comes straight from the Catskill mountains. The three main ingredients are a wonderful blend of sweet, spicy, and just the right amount of bite. The famous Catskill Provisions NY Honey Rye Whiskey brings a wonderful honey infused whiskey base which fuses effortlessly with the warm spice from our ginger liqueur. To add a little extra spice and a woodsy bite, the Hudson Standard Masala Bitters add a new flavor to the cocktail, mixing its floral taste and flavorful spices. The drink is garnished with Fabbri Amarena Cherries as a final touch.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Catskill Provisions NY Honey Rye Whiskey
- 1 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
- 3 dashes The Hudson Standard Masala Bitters
- 1 sugar cube
- Fabbri Amarena Cherries
Instructions
- Place sugar in an Old Fashioned glass.
- Douse with bitters and add a few drops of water.
- Add whiskey and Barrow's Intense, and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Add a large ice cube and stir with a bar spoon to chill.
- Garnish with Fabbri Amarena Cherries.
