The Boomerang
Save to BigOven A boomerang is a bartender secret ritual of covertly messengering cocktails from bar to bar via a trusted courier.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Tequila Blanco
- .5 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
- .5 oz honey
- 1 oz lemon juice
- .5 oz Boomerang Liqueur*
- 3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Instructions
- Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top with club soda and 3 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters.
- Garnish with candied ginger.
