Barrow's adds a kick to this famous drink named after a 20th century opera singer. This drink is intense, with the smoky and spicy scotch balancing out the semi-sweet spice of ginger liqueur. The fizz is added by soda water and the lime juice gives the drink a small lift. This drink is intense but not overwhelming.
Ingredients
- 2oz The Famous Grouse blended scotch
- .5 oz Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur
- .5oz fresh lime juice
- Dash of simple syrup
- Soda water
- Lime wedge for garnish
Instructions
- Shake ingredients with ice
- Strain into a rocks glass
- Fill with fresh ice
- Top with soda water
- Stir with straw.
- Garnish with lime wedge
