The Libational Wobble | Barrow's Intense Ginger Cocktails

This sour gingery drink is the perfect thing to offer a deity. It is classy but full of flavor. It is spicy and sweet, with a classic gingery taste from our ginger liqueur. It is complimented by the mild bitterness and pine flavoring of gin. It gains an extra bit of charm from Lovestruck bitters, adding an intense hot flavor on top of the ginger liqueur. Feel free to drink this yourself as well.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Ransom Old Tom Gin
- 1 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
- .25 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes The Hudson Standard Love Struck Bitters
- Garnish with Dress The Drink Honey Lemon Ginger Cubes
Instructions
- Build all ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.
- Garnish with Dress The Drink Honey Lemon Ginger Cubes.
