Ginger Pisco Sour | Barrow's Intense Ginger Cocktails

We give this classic Peruvian drink with a gingery twist. Not only does the addition of ginger liqueur add a spicy sweet kick to the drink, but it also adds a wonderful new aroma. This drink is simple to make and perfect for any occasion. Serve up this wonderful take on this vintage classic.
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Pisco
- 2 oz. Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 egg white
- Angostura Bitters
Instructions
- Dry shake.
- Shake with ice, strain and serve.
- Top with Angostura Bitters.
