The Regal Fig is an explosion of earthy and exotic flavor. Figgy Mahia is paired with Ginger Liqueur, maply soda and syrup to make a sweet and spicy drink to entertain your tastebuds. This fun and bubbly drink is perfect for any occasion. It is easy to make and will keep you and your guests refreshed.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Nahmias et Fils Mahia
- 1 oz Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur
- .75 oz The Hudson Standard Apple Coriander Maple Shrub
- Sap Maple Beverages Maple Soda
Instructions
- Shake Mahia, Barrow's Intense, and shrub with ice
- Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass
- Top with maple soda
- Garnish with a lemon peel
