The Gentian Ginger | Spring Cocktails

This bubbly cocktail has the essence of spring. It is made from the floral themed and sweet spring cocktail syrup. It is paired with death's door spirits gin and our ginger liqueur to add a bit of spice and creamy flavor to the flower infused drink. It gains a little bubbly finish with seltzer and a lemon slice for maximum freshness. A simple four ingredient recipe, feel free to make this on a cool spring day.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Death's Door Spirits Gin
- 1 oz Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur
- .75 oz Drink More Good Spring Tonic Syrup
- Seltzer
Instructions
- Shake gin, Barrow’s Intense, and syrup with ice
- Strain into a collins glass
- Top with seltzer
- Garnish with a lemon slice.
