Named after the famous Tiki Bar in Paris, France, Dirty Dick's Polynesian Remedy is a nod to their mouth watering creations. The combo of flavors is overwhelming but intentional. This cocktail is smokey, sugary sweet, and just spicy enough. Let this combo of bonfire smoked scotch, Bitter Goslings rum, citrusy l'orgeat, and spicy ginger liqueur and cinnamon honey syrup transport you to the beach.
Ingredients
- 1.75 oz Goslings Rum
- .5 oz l'orgeat
- .5 oz Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur
- .5 oz triple cinnamon honey syrup
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 4 dashes Single Malt Scotch Whisky
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into an ice filled glass.
- Garnish with candied ginger, 1/2 a carved lemon, pineapple leaves, and a boozy cherry.
