Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Bourbon
1 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
3/4 oz Lime Juice
2 cubes Demerara Sugar

Instructions

Muddle the sugar cubes with the lime juice until dissolved, add the other ingredients and shake vigorously with ice. Serve in a rocks glass over ice and garnish with candied ginger.
