Intense Ginger Noggin
Voted the Village Voice 2013 Holiday Spirits Fan Favorite! This take on a classic Egg Nog is lighter and spicier. It's simple to make and a crowd pleaser.
- 2 parts Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur
- 2 parts Egg Nog (the standard nonalcoholic kind you find at the supermarket)
- 1 part DonQ Cristal White Rum (or similar)
- Dash of cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon
- Shaken with ice.
- Server in a rocks glass over ice and top with the spices
