Provisions Distillery one of only a few female-owned and operated distilleries in the United States. She recently introduced Pollinator Spirits, which includes Pollinator Vodka, Pollinator Gin, Beespoke Gin, Crimson Amaro, NY Honey Rye whiskey, and NY Maple Bourbon. Her tasting room in Callicoon, NY, has become a popular restaurant and cocktail bar. In April 2023, Pollinator Spirits will be available nationally.
