This refreshing crimson drink is named after the beautiful jungle Hummingbird, the Crimson Topaz. This drink is our take on the classic Tiki Drink, Jungle Bird so it only makes sense to name it after a red jungle bird. It is a simple drink but is wonderfully complex. The classic tropical flavors of rum, pineapple juice, and lime meet with the Italian bitter Campari, to make a balanced but complex tasting drink. In addition to this pairing, the addition of our ginger liqueur adds a hint of spice but additional sweetness to level out the Campari. Enjoy this bitter, fruity, and spicy drink while you lounge by the beach.
