Peach Picante | Barrow's Intense Ginger Cocktails

This spicy peach and ginger flavored rum cocktail is not to be missed. Made with cool mint leaves, rich Berkshire Mountain Distillers Ragged Mountain Rum, and semi-sweet spicy ginger liqueur, this cocktail has a deep and strong base. Its classic peach flavoring comes from Hudson Standard Peach Lavender Shrub which adds a little extra herbal kick. To bring up the spice Hudson Standard Catskill Masala Bitters is added, bringing a slightly different kind of spice that blends well with the ginger. Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Berkshire Mountain Distillers Ragged Mountain Rum
- 1 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
- .75 oz Hudson Standard Peach Lavender Shrub
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2-3 dashes Hudson Standard Catskill Masala Bitters
- 3-4 mint leaves
Instructions
- Muddle mint leaves in a shaker tin.
- Fill with ice, shake well, and pour into a chilled coupe.
