This refreshing and spicy drink is the perfect thing to digest your meal with. The ginger liqueur, lemon and chai spice blend wonderfully into a calm and spicy concoction. Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Caliche Rum
- 3/4 oz Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur
- 2 1/2 oz chai tea
- 1/2 oz honey syrup
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a mug.
- Garnish with a biscotti.
