- 1.5 oz Medley Bros. Bourbon
- .75 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger
- .75 oz lime juice
- 8 mint leaves
- 2 pieces jalapeño
- In a shaker tin, muddle 8 mint leaves and 2 pieces of jalapeño.
- Add bourbon, Barrow’s Intense and lime juice, and shake with ice.
- Fine strain into a coupe and top with Prosecco.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
