- 2 oz. Gosling's Dark Rum
- 1 oz. Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur
- 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
- Splash of Fever Tree Ginger Beer
- Candied ginger for garnish
- Shake with ice.
- Pour into a lowball (preferably with one large ice cube).
- Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with candied ginger.
