Hot Honey Bee

- 1.5 oz gin
- .75 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice
- .75 oz honey syrup
- 1 Hot Italian pepper
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- Muddle pepper in a mixing tin.
- Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice.
- Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a slice of pepper.
