Ginger & Juice

- ¾ oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
- ¾ oz 8th Day Distillery Gin
- ½ oz apricot liqueur
- ¾ oz fresh grapefruit juice
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz house made vanilla Demerara
- 3 dashes of Cardamom bitters
- Splash ginger beer
- Shake all ingredients (except ginger beer) with ice and strain into a coupe.
- Top with ginger beer and garnish with an orange peel.
