Ginger & Juice
- 3/4 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
- 3/4 oz 8th Day Distillery Gin
- 1/2 oz apricot liqueur
- 3/4 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz house made vanilla Demerara
- 3 dashes of Cardamom bitters
- Splash ginger beer
- Shake all ingredients (except ginger beer) with ice and strain into a coupe.
- Top with ginger beer and garnish with an orange peel.
