- 1 oz gin
- 1/2 oz Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- Sparkling wine
- Combine gin, Barrow's Intense, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into a cocktail flute.
- Top with sparkling wine and garnish with lemon peel.
