French 60 | Summer Drinks

This bubbly and elegant drink is the perfect way to spend a cool summer afternoon relaxing with friends. Instead of gin we use our Ginger Liqueur to add a spicy twist on this timeless classic. Lemon, ginger and champagne are such simple ingredients but go such a long way in making a relaxing and chilled drink.
Ingredients
- .75 ounce strained fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- 1 ounce Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
- Chilled Champagne
Instructions
- Add the lemon juice and ginger liqueur to the bottom of a coupe, champagne or stemless wine glass.
- Top it off with champagne, garnish, and enjoy.
