- 2 oz. Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur
- 2 oz. banana liqueur
- Dark chocolate, 60%+
- Slice of one banana
- Rim a martini glass with melted dark chocolate or dark chocolate flakes
- Shake liqueurs and pour into martini glass
- Garnish with a thick (1”+) slice of banana dipped in the dark chocolate
The dark chocolate rim is an unexpected pleasure.
And the darker the chocolate, the more it compliments the sweetness of the liqueurs.
