- 1.5 oz Barrel Aged Old Tom Gin
- 1 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz chilled Flagship Brewing Co. IPA
- Shake all ingredients except the beer, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top off with the IPA
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
