The Flagship | Barrow's Intense Ginger Cocktails

This cloudy and gingery drink will bring you right to the docks with its balanced bitterness. The intensity of Flagship Brewing Co.'s IPA is met with Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur to make this truly intense and aromatic drink as powerful as a steam-powered flagship.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Barrel Aged Old Tom Gin
- 1 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
- .5 oz fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz simple syrup
- 2 oz chilled Flagship Brewing Co. IPA
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients except the beer, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
- Top off with the IPA
- Garnish with a lemon wheel.
