The Company Buck
Author: Adapted from cocktail by Phil Ward for Death & Co.
- 1.5 oz Cooperstown Distillery Sam Smith’s Boatyard Rum
- 1 oz Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- .5 oz lime juice
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Club Soda
- Shake all the ingredients (except club soda) with ice
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes
- Top with club soda
- Garnish with a lime wheel and serve with a straw.
