- 1.5 oz Don Q Añejo Rum
- 1.5 oz fresh pineapple juice
- .75 oz Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur
- .75 oz Campari
- .5 oz fresh lime juice
- Shake all ingredients with ice.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with pineapple.
