Beach Hut

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz white rum
• .5 oz Barrow's Intense Ginger
• 1 oz house-made honeydew melon syrup
• .5 oz fresh lime juice
• 2 pieces honeydew melon
• 1 sprig of tarragon
• 2 dashes Bittermens Winter Melon Bitters

Instructions

• Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin, add ice, and shake well.
• Double strain over fresh ice in double rocks glass.
• Garnish with two melon pieces.
