Eve's Intense Summer Mash is a bubbly, fruity, and herby cocktail that emulates Summer. Our mash of sweet ginger liqueur, orange, and club soda are sure to keep you refreshed on a hot Summer's day. Whatever the occasion, this drink is sure to bring a cool summer breeze.
Ingredients
- 2oz Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur
- 1oz vodka
- Splash club soda
- 3-4 basil leaves
- 2 orange slices
- Dash bitters
- Ice to taste
Instructions
- Muddle oranges slices and basil in a glass.
- Add ice, Barrow's Intense, vodka, club soda and bitters.
- Stir and enjoy!
